Pick your design: choose how you want your flowers preserved and submit your order.
Let’s talk: Within 48 hours we’ll be in touch to talk about your event and goals. We’ll explain the process in a bit more detail and answer any questions. It’s possible you’ll want to make a few changes afterward and that’s totally acceptable.
Send your flowers: Package and ship your flowers per the instructions emailed to you before your wedding day. It’s important to ship within 5 days of the event.
Be patient: It takes 6-8 weeks to dry flowers properly.
Final design approval: I’ll be in touch with final design pictures. Once approved, I’ll begin pouring.
Wait a little longer. About 30 days after the final design approval, you’ll receive your flower preservation pieces.

The cost of shipping the finished flower preservation pieces is included.
The cost of shipping fresh flowers to be dried and preserved is not.
You are responsible for shipping your flowers to us within five days of your event. We have the right to cancel any order if those flowers are lost or damaged in shipping. If this happens, you’ll be given a full refund less $100.
An invoice detailing agreed-upon additional costs will be sent after final design approval. Production will begin once that invoice is paid.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.

A full refund less a $50 booking fee is available until the date or your event.
Half refunds are available between your event date and final design approval.
Once the final design has been approved, no refund is available.
Unused dried or excess flowers will not be sent back under any circumstances.
