Weddings, Memorials + More

I do! Beginning Spring 2025, I’m opening up the Tennessee wedding and memorial flower preservation division of Sapphire Wood Studio. I promise the same level of detail, attention and customer service we provide during Beers and Boards classes.
-
Yes! There’s a process for preparing flowers to ship cross-country that I’d be happy to walk you through.
-
Absolutely! If you’re considering this, please reach out to me as soon as possible about preserving flowers. For a modest fee I can begin drying the flowers and we can figure out the design during a less stressful moment.

There are some great businesses that specialize in wedding and memorial flower preservation in Middle Tennessee. I’m new and have a just a small group of satisfied customers to point to. For that reason, I’m offering promotional prices through spring and summer 2025.

Yes! If there is something special you’d like to cast in resin, let’s talk.

Shopkeeper Amanda Stephenson is a wood-builder with a teacher’s heart. After raising three boys, the long-time elementary art teacher bought a few new tools and fine-tuned her knack for creating one-of-a-kind home solutions to create Sapphire Wood Studio, serving Murfreesboro, Middle Tennessee and beyond.

We call Middle Tennessee (Murfreesboro) home but do business across the United States. My husband and I grew up in Michigan, so we speak Midwest too!

Payment, Terms and Conditions
Payment:
After the consultation, you’ll receive a contract recapping your order, as well as a schedule of events (due dates, wedding date, drop off etc …). Upon signing this contact, the $100 becomes non-refundable and gets applied to the total cost of the order.
Half (less the deposit) of the total cost is due 30 days before your wedding date.
Photos of the final design will be emailed for approval four to six weeks after your wedding day (flowers take a LONG time to dry properly). Full payment is due upon design approval. No epoxy will be poured before final payment.
Terms and Conditions:
Minimum order of $300.
It will take 6 to 12 weeks after I receive your flowers to create your beautiful wedding flower preservation pieces. That’s an estimate as drying times vary.
Flowers must be fresh upon arrival. Wilting, browning and bruising cannot be fixed.
Some flowers will change color during the drying process.
Acceptable flaws include minor discoloration, microbubbles and — over time — fading. While we work to minimize the risks of these occurring, all are a natural part of the process. Keep the finished piece out of sunlight or intense heat for optimum preservation.
Cancelations can be made for a full refund (less the $100 deposit) up to 7 days before the wedding day.
No refunds are available on finished pieces.
