US Domestic Shipping

Updated April 2023: If it’s under 1 pound, it ships free. :

1 to 2 pounds — $5

2 to 3 pounds — $8

3+ pounds — $10

Unless stated, all products will ship in 2-3 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Custom orders excluded.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada at same rates.

Returns

If you’re not satisfied, I’ll issue a 100% refund. If you just need an exchange or a mistake was made, I’ll cover shipping.

I want satisfied customers and will do everything possible to ensure orders are delivered on time, with no imperfections. If you’re not happy or if your item isn’t performing as expected, please reach out.

Sapphire Wood Studio will accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. We also will negotiate exchanges. If a product shows any sign of use it is not eligible for refund or exchange, unless a production error results in failure. 

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 90 days. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of the item. There is no restocking fee. A return label will be provided free of charge in most cases.
